Sweet Victory!!

Today Sara (one of our Staff Attorneys) received a letter from the VEC letting us know her appeal for unemployment benefits was successful.  Sara went for the jugular, discrediting the employer's representative and pointing out the shoddy and inconsistent records taken by the employer.  Although I played a small role in the victory, providing the research on what the VEC consider's misconduct, it feels good knowing I helped someone get unemployment benefits.
