Flag Day Special

In honor of Flag Day, today's post is dedicated to Chapter 1 of Title 4 of the US Code, which, as you may have guessed, is dedicated to the US National Flag.

Not only does it lay out the proper heights at which a flag should be raised off the ground based on its dimensions for executive agencies, but it also addresses when a star shall be added to the union of the flag after the admission of a new state into the union (the following fourth of July).
